General:

Do I use the design from the library or can I create my design?
We have an extensive design library available on our website/kit designer with more than 500 designs or you can submit your own design / idea and we will create a unique design for your team / club.

Ordering:

How do I order?

Simply write to us at sales@deefortsports.com with your requirements, our sales team will get back to you and guide you through with the process.
Furthermore, you can submit your enquiry/order via the website “Contact Us” section.

Can I personalize my garments?
Garment personalization is available. Sublimated garments can be personalized with initials/ names/ numbers and symbols, whereas Traditional garments can only be personalized with English alphabets and numbers only.
Are there any minimums?
Our garments provided are bespoke and we can supply a vast range from team wear, and training wear to online shop & club garments, therefore there is no individual item minimum but a consolidated order ranging from us$ 700-us$ 1200 depending on your territory.

Returns:

What is your return/exchange policy?
All our products are made to order therefore we do not have a return/exchange policy.
What to do if I receive faulty goods?
If an order is faulty and not per the information provided on our size chart or garment description you may e-mail us at sales@deefortsports.com with your order number, description of faulty goods and images must be provided in the form of photographs or video and sent to us to follow up and check details within 14 days of recipient of goods.

Samples:

Do you provide samples?
Samples can be provided to you for the purpose of quality, product and size references.
Can I see a pre-production sample in my design and colours?
If you place a sizeable order and with some typical particulars, a pre-production sample can be arranged if agreed between the customer and us.
Do I need to pay for samples?

You don’t need to pay for regular samples sent from us for quality, product & size reference.
There may incur a sample fee if the sample is particularly to be done in your club colours, with club logos and in your particular size which is commonly known as a pre-production sample.
However, mostly we reimburse the amount as soon as you place the order via bulk order invoice.

Production Time:

Turnaround time on playing kit & leisurewear?
  • Normally around 3-4 weeks for playing kit
  • Around 4 weeks for leisurewear
  • May extend during peak season, festive holiday breaks or any unforeseen circumstance or natural cause beyond our control
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are sent to production immediately after your confirmation of order & payment; the process may take 3-4 weeks to finish production and be shipped.
Is a shorter lead time possible?

Yes, we do short lead time as quick as 1 week or a date-specific delivery. Come & talk to us sales@deefortsports.com

We ship worldwide.
How do you ship?
We use express couriers like DHL & Fedex for quick & reliable services.
Will I receive confirmation when my order has shipped?
Our shipping department immediately sends out a notification of your shipped order with the tracking number and packing information.
