Where are the orders delivered to?

The shop is set up between the Club and Deefort Sports, thus, the goods are delivered to the club for further distribution.

Is my parcel separately packed?

We offer service to the Club for separately packed parcels so that they can easily hand them out to the individuals.

How do you ship orders?
  • We use internationally recognized couriers like DHL & Fedex for our shipments so the goods arrive with the club in 3-4 days from the dispatch date.
  • Deefort sports shall not be held accountable for uncontrollable circumstances.
How do I modify/cancel my confirmed order?
  • You may e-mail us at sales@deefortsports.com with your order number and information of changes for request of a manual change
  • A manual change fee may incur since the changes need to be done manually. The manual fee is as below:-
    US$ 13, GBP 9, CAD 15 NZD 18 & AUD 18 (all other regions will be equivalent to US$)
    This can only be done until the shop is open, once the shop closes the orders are processed and we may not be able to make such changes.
Can I return/exchange my products?

All our products are made to order, therefore we do not have a return/exchange policy.

How do I personalize my order?
  • Personalization is available subject to the requirements of the club. Garments with the availability of personalization will be displayed on the garment image and ordering process.
  • The personalization font size, font type & position will be agreed upon with the club and is mostly our standard options.
  • Sublimated garments can be personalized with initials/ names/ numbers and symbols, whereas cut and sewn garments can only be personalized with English alphabets and numbers only.
How do I know what size should I wear?
  • It is very important to refer to our size chart for ordering the correct size and not assume it on any other competitor’s or another company’s standard.
  • Our size chart is available on our shop and website.

I am having an issue placing order?
  • Most issues are related to compatibility and can be related to:
    1- Use the google chrome browser
    2- Use a desktop computer for ordering instead of a mobile device

When are goods delivered?

Orders are processed for production after the shop closing date and can take 3-4 weeks (or the timeframe agreed with the club) for production before being dispatched out.

What to do if I receive faulty goods?
  • If an order is faulty and not per the information provided on our size chart or garment description you may e-mail us at sales@deefortsports.com with your order number, description of faulty goods and images must be provided in the form of photographs or video and sent to us to follow up and check details within 14 days of recipient of goods.

How to provide leg measurements/netball dreSs' measurements?

Outside leg from waist for pants and measure from the longest point of the dress.

Can I have special characters in the name or initial section?
  • Special characters are not allowed, you may put digits or English alphabet for your initials and/or name in the provided section.
  • All letters to be capital
Can I pay by credit card?
You can pay by credit card via paypal
Are products available in Men's, Ladies' & Kids' sizes & fit?

Yes, most products are available in Ladies & Unisex fit ranging from infants to king sizes.
