What it takes to produce a kit:
SUBLIMATION
Sublimation is a method of printing that transfers a design into a fabric using ink and heat. First, a design is printed onto special paper.
The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading.
It also eliminates limitations of colours and designing.
Embroidery
Embroidery is a creative way of bringing your logos/personalization to
life. It enhance the look of your apparel.
Heatseal Printing
To feature a heat seal logo on apparel a coloured transfer is created,
then applied to a garment using an industrial heat press, which prints
and seals the transfer on to the item. The result is a permanent,
colour-fast addition to the clothing. Heatseal is an ideal way to
prominently feature a logo on a apparel and can be produced in a full
spectrum of colours to match your club identity perfectly. Perfect for
bigger logos or the logos with complex shading.
Applique
Applique embroidery is a textile art form in which one fabric is
decoratively stitched on top of another.
